Breakfast

During breakfast, get to know each other in a casual setting. Will you become besties with the person sitting next to you at breakfast? Maybe…

Breakfast will include:

  • Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice and Apple Juice
  • Seasonal Sliced Fruit (Gluten Free)
  • Plain Greek Yogurt and Strawberry Yogurt
  • Side Toppings of honey, Granola, Pecans, Cranberry Compote
  • Plain, Wheat, Sesame & Cinnamon Raisin Bagels Butter, Cream Cheese and Fruit Preserves
  • Freshly Brewed Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, and Assorted Hot Teas (will include Almond & Soy Milk)

During this time feel free to spend time in the Yellowbrick sponsored Self-Healing Room. This room will be a quiet space available throughout the conference for anyone who needs to recharge. Yellowbrick staff and ANAD volunteers will be available in this room to teach:

  • Specific yoga poses that help ease anxiety after eating
  • How to use the Headspace meditation app to increase relaxation after eating
