Common Questions from Exhibitors

What time am I able to check-in?

Early Conference registration check-in will occur on Thursday, October 12 from 4:00PM – 5:00PM. Don’t worry if you cannot make early check-in. All Conference Exhibitors may check-in during all other open registration times.

What time is the exhibition break down?

The official Conference Exhibition break down is 4:30PM on Saturday, October 14. We strongly suggest Exhibitors bring or pre-pack return address labels so we can ship your materials back to you. If you must leave before the end of the Conference, all Exhibitors are welcome to break down their displays at their discretion.  

Where will the ANAD Conference 2017 and Exhibition take place?

The Conference takes place at Rosemont Hilton at 5550 N. River Road Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018. The Conference Exhibition will be located in the Prefunction area just outside Yeager, Davis, Hughes, and Earhart Rooms on the first floor.

Will I be able to ship my Exhibition materials ahead of time?

Absolutely! We have detailed mailing and email confirmation instructions in our Exhibition Guide. Please refer to this document for specific details.     

Will there be locked storage at the Conference?

We offer storage in the Doolittle Room near the Conference Exhibition space. During Conference programming hours, a volunteer or staff member will be stationed there to watch any Exhibitor materials. The room will be locked at the end of the programming schedule for the day. Please feel free to use this room to store display signs or materials that you want to keep close by without having to relocate them to a private room or vehicle during the Conference.

May I offer free food and/or beverage giveaways at my Exhibitor table?

Yes! We have permission from our Conference Host to distribute snacks or beverages during the Exhibition. We will ask you to please remember, several Conference attendees may be in recovery from an eating disorder. For sensitivity purposes, please remove, cover, or choose products free from marketing low or zero calorie counts.  Thank you!

My display kit has a digital component. How do I make sure my table is outfitted properly for it?

We recommend Exhibitors to bring printed materials, signs, table displays, or any callout materials to draw attention to your tables.

If you require any power setups including outlet strips or extension cords for running a digital display, please send your setup requirements to conference@anad.org by October 3. Individuals only requiring power or extension cords for personal devices, please be advised we will only have charging stations in the Yeager Room (located right off the Exhibition space). Individuals who will need personal charging stations will be charged a separate fee.

What is the size of my Exhibitor Table?

Each Exhibitor will be given a 72 inch long by 30 inch deep table, dressed in white linen and table skirts. Two chairs will be given to each table as well.
