Morning Yoga

If you’ve ever wondered if yoga is for you, the answer is YES. Yoga is a great tool for EVERYONE whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, or just want to know how to relax and calm your mind and body at the beginning or end of the day.

This yoga session is open to all and Yellowbrick Treatment Center staff will teach poses that can help relieve anxiety, eating disorder urges, and teach basic relaxation techniques.
