The lunch menu will include a deli buffet:

  • Seafood Bookbinder Soup
  • Iceberg, Radicchio, Julienne Carrots and Sunflower Seeds Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Cous Cous with Roasted Vegetables
  • Mrs. Vicky’s Chips
  • Turkey and Provolone Sandwich with Quince Spread on Ciabatta
  • Ham and Cheddar Sandwich: Maple Glazed Ham, Aged Cheddar and Bibb Lettuce on Asiago Bun
  • Roast Beef Sandwich: Caramelized Onion & Arugula on Sammy Tuscan Roll
  • Caprese Sandwich: Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil, Balsamic Glaze on Rosemary Focaccia, Roasted Garlic Aioli and Plain Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard and Creamy Horseradish
  • Flourless Chocolate Cake
  • Freshly Brewed Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, and Assorted Hot Teas

We encourage anyone in recovery to get additional support after all  meals in the Yellowbrick sponsored Self-Healing Room. This room will provide a quiet space during the conference for anyone who is experiencing stress and would like some quiet time to recharge. Yellowbrick staff and ANAD volunteers will be available in this room to teach:

  • Specific yoga poses that help ease anxiety after eating
  • How to use the Headspace meditation app to increase relaxation after eating
