The lunch menu will include:

  • Broccoli Cheddar Soup
  • Cobb Salad: Field Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Chopped Egg and Bacon Bits, Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing
  • Green Bean Salad: Roasted French Green Beans with Chives, Plum Tomatoes, Crispy Julienne Onions tossed with Dijon Vinaigrette
  • BLT Wrap: Ham, Bacon, Tomato, Lettuce, Mayo in a Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • Chicken Wrap: Chicken, Cheddar, Broccoli in a Spinach Tortilla
  • Vegetable Wrap: Julienne Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Roasted Red Pepper Spread, Chopped Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese Crumbles in a SpinachTortilla
  • Cod Wrap: Beer Battered Cod, Shredded Lettuce, Tartar Sauce in a Flour Tortilla
  • Mrs. Vicky’s Chips Assorted European Pastries
  • Freshly Brewed Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, and Assorted Hot Teas

During this time feel free to spend time in the Yellowbrick sponsored Self-Healing Room. This room will be a quiet space available throughout the conference for anyone who needs to recharge. Yellowbrick staff and ANAD volunteers will be available in this room to teach:

  • Specific yoga poses that help ease anxiety after eating
  • How to use the Headspace meditation app to increase relaxation after eating
