Treatment Match Event: Recovery Problem Solving (Recovery Track)

These Recovery Problem Solving groups will be led by top experts at each of ANAD’s Treatment Center Partners. The groups will provide free consultation about eating disorder treatment and recovery. They will help you problem solve issues you feel stuck with, review treatment options for you or your loved ones, and help you feel unstuck. This will be a safe time to share and discuss any issues you are currently facing in your eating disorder recovery.

Group 1 will be led by Yellowbrick Treatment Center Staff

Jill Sisler, LCSW, earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago in 1987. For almost 30 years Jill has worked within a wide variety of settings including, Allendale Association, Jewish Children’s Bureau, Old Orchard Hospital, Lawrence Hall Youth Services , North Shore University Health System and Timberline Knolls, in addition to doing private practice. Her expertise is in treating adolescents and emerging adults who present with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse and eating disorders. Jill has provided clinical supervision to Social Work students and to clinicians working towards licensure since 1990. She has a firm belief that through the therapeutic relationship healing and growth can take place. She has also written numerous articles on the topic of teens, young adults and family systems.

Christina Pappafotis, MA, LPCC

Christina Pappafotis, MA, LPCC

Christina received her BA from James Madison University, Virginia, in Psychology, where she gained practicum experience at her school’s Student Counseling Center and within the community working with individuals with varying degrees of mental health issues, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Following graduation Christina moved to California to pursue her Masters of Arts degree from the University of San Diego’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She graduated with an emphasis in Substance Abuse and Addiction and a background in Eating Disorders. In her free time, Christina enjoys exploring the west coast, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones including her beloved dog. Christina believes a sense of humor can take you far in life, along with living a balanced lifestyle that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.
